Intensions at Olds College Ranching Conference

On February 4th 2016, Intensions Consulting was proud to present at the Ranching Opportunities Conference in Alberta. Organized by Olds College, the event was designed to help producers and students, "discover new ways to manage their livestock, explore options for marketing their product, and learn about the challenges and achievements of successful ranchers."

Intensions Consulting would like to thank Olds College for inviting us to participate in the conference, and the management team for all their effort in organizing this event.

Intensions in The Western Producer

Intensions in The Western Producer

On September 25, 2015, Intensions Consulting was quoted by The Western Producer in an article titled, 'Campaign set to ignite Canadian exports.' Written by Barbara Duckworth, the article explored our recent study of beef consumers, producers and processors.

To quote from the article, "international polling... in Canada, China, Mexico and Japan have found that potential customers associate Canada with wide open spaces, a clean environment and nice people who follow the rules... There may be negative aspects to eating beef, such as worries about fat or the effect of cattle production on the environment, but those appear to be minor concerns among those surveyed, said Nick Black of Intensions, an international marketing research company."

On September 17th 2015, Intensions Consulting was proud to present at the Canadian Beef Producers Annual Forum in Calgary.

According to Rob Meijer, President of Canada Beef, the event was designed to, "showcase the important work we’ve done over the past year, as well as bring together a diverse group of speakers to highlight the importance of a strong brand and loyal partnerships across different industries."
